Fabulous children's and maternity consignment shopping is now part of shopping local in Alexandria Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC. Our consignors have done all of the hunting in treasured boutiques and department stores for styles and gear you and your kids will love!  Once items are outgrown (or have sat unworn!), consignors bring them to our well-trained stylists who pick the best of the best from favorite, time-tested brands like Mini Boden, Lilly Pulitzer, Tea Collection, Ralph Lauren, Crewcuts and Hanna Andersson.  Later that day, those stacks hit our racks and are ready for you!  No malls.  No hours of online searching.  No waiting for end-of-season sales.

Can I mail items in for consignment?
Absolutely!  We have several consignors from out of state!  Simply fill out our consignor agreement and include that in your box.  Please pay particular attention to the brands we accept and condition of the items.  We will not be able to return items we cannot accept, and those will be donated.  

Do you have online sales?
We do not offer online sales from our website yet, but we do sell on Facebook and Instagram via Paypal.

How do I purchase an item from Facebook (FB) or Instagram (IG)?
To purchase an item, simply state that you want the item and provide an email address where we can send an invoice from Paypal.  Alternatively, you can state that you want the item and then call us and provide a CC over the phone- (703) 721-2921.

How do you determine who gets the item first on IG or FB when there are multiple requests for an item?
The first person to definitively state he/ she wants the item AND provides an email address gets the item.
Examples that do not count as definitively stating “I want the item” are: a) inquiring about size or price; b) inquiring for additional pictures; c) inquiring about condition.  If you want the item, you must state that and provide an email address for the invoice.
It can happen that the first person on the list changes her mind - it’s a good idea to mark something as “Next in line” for that reason.  We will then go down the line of requests in the order received until the item has sold.

Do you hold items?
Yes.  We can hold an item for 24 hours ONLY, after which time the item will go to the next eager shopper.
If you cannot stop by the store in that timeframe, we can invoice you and then you can stop by at your convenience.

When are invoices due?
Invoices are due within 3 hours of being issued and no later than by closing the day they are issued.  Monday through Friday, we close at 6:00 pm.  Saturday we close at 5:00 pm.
Invoices which are not paid within the timeframe will be released, and the item will go to the next eager shopper on the list.

Do you ship?
Yes!  We ship via USPS.  Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the item.  
NOTE: We do not ship gear (like strollers, pack n plays, exersaucers).  We have found the shipping is too high for buyers on these items.  

Do you accept returns?
Yes!  We happily accept returns within 7 DAYS of purchase with tags and receipt for STORE CREDIT only.  
**Items sold on FB or IG can be returned, but we do not reimburse shipping.  These must also be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item with tags intact.  We will issue STORE CREDIT for the return.
